Shipping

VØRIX ships within Australia and to international destinations supported by our fulfilment network. Available delivery services and the exact shipping charge are calculated automatically at checkout for the customer’s address and the total weight of the order.

Our Tapstitch fulfilment profile is currently configured for Australia plus 72 international destinations, including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore and many more. If a destination is not supported for a particular product, checkout will not offer shipping to that address.

For most VØRIX clothing orders, the standard Tapstitch option is Special Line. Tapstitch currently estimates Special Line at about 10 days on average, with around 95% of shipments delivered within 15 days after dispatch. Production time is additional and can vary by product and order volume.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available. Please enter a complete delivery address, email address and phone number so the courier can contact you if needed.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties or import requirements. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the customer. Shipping availability, carrier services and charges can change by destination.

Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

To request a return, contact VØRIX before sending anything back and include your order number. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
